Blackpool England and retained their runners-up position.

Unfortunately Tim and
Joanne have had to pull out of this year’s Blackpool Championships with
an injury that occurred during the Blackpool Festival. They are very
disappointed as they had trained extremely hard and were determined to
make a change to their dancing. Many of the spectators at Blackpool had
commented positively about their 'new dancing look' during the Team
Match on Saturday. Tim and Joanne hope to be fit for the forthcoming
Japan International held in June.

stairs about 10 days before the Worlds and could not practice for a whole
week. According to Timothy, he thought Jo was remarkable as she was under a
lot of pain during the competition. Under the circumstances, Timothy thought
they did well by losing one mark on the Quickstep.

of the Juvenile, Junior, Amateur, and now the Professional

performance will on sale shortly. August 18th 2001, Joanne and Tim became
champions of the World Series Championships held in Osaka Japan. The event
was organised by the J.C.F.
